These Terms are written for customers shopping with us in the United States (all 50 states and the District of Columbia). Our storefront, checkout, shipping options, and policies are intended for U.S. consumers and U.S. delivery addresses unless we state otherwise at checkout.
The store
Good Things In Life is an independent online retailer. We are not affiliated with brand manufacturers as an official brand website. Product names and descriptions identify merchandise we offer for sale.
Accounts & checkout
You are responsible for accurate account and checkout information. Orders are an offer to buy; we may cancel or refuse orders for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the amount charged.
Pricing & products
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars (USD) unless another currency is clearly displayed at checkout, and may change without notice. We try to keep descriptions and images accurate; slight variations can occur. Applicable sales tax is calculated based on your shipping address and U.S. tax rules where required. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the site (including scraping that harms performance, attempting unauthorized access, or posting unlawful content). We may suspend access that violates these Terms.

Site design, text, and original graphics are owned by us or licensed to us. Brand trademarks belong to their respective owners.

The site and products are provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by U.S. law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the site will be error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable U.S. law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Governing law & disputes
