Returns & exchanges
Free returns and exchanges within 30 days for new, unused items in original packaging.
Within 30 days of delivery, you may return or exchange eligible items free of charge. Items must be brand new, unused, and returned with the original packaging intact.
Return window
You have 30 days from the delivery date to start a return or exchange.
Eligibility
- Items must be brand new and unused (unworn, unwashed, not damaged).
- Items must include original packaging (and tags, cases, or inserts when they were part of the product as sold).
- Items that show wear, odor, damage, missing packaging, or signs of use are not eligible.
Free returns & exchanges
Eligible returns and exchanges within the 30-day window are free—we cover return shipping for approved return requests. Contact us first so we can send instructions or a prepaid label when available.
How to start a return or exchange
- Email support@goodthingsinlife.it.com (or use the Contact page) with your order number and the items to return or exchange.
- We confirm eligibility and send return instructions.
- Ship the item in its original packaging; keep your carrier receipt until the refund or exchange is complete.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect the return, refunds go back to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days. Because outbound shipping is free, there is no shipping charge to deduct on eligible returns.
Exchanges
For a different size or color, tell us in your request. We will arrange an exchange when stock allows, or you may return the item for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or incorrect items
If something arrives damaged or wrong, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will replace the item or refund you at no cost.
