Shipping policy
Free U.S. shipping. Orders process in 1–3 days and deliver in 1–3 days.
Free shipping on all products to eligible U.S. addresses. After your order is confirmed, we process it in 1–3 days, then delivery takes 1–3 days (about 2–6 days total from confirmation to arrival in most cases).
Where we ship
We ship across the United States—all 50 states and the District of Columbia—subject to carrier coverage. If an address cannot be fulfilled, checkout will show that shipping is unavailable.
Processing time
Once payment is confirmed, we prepare and dispatch your order within 1–3 days (excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays when fulfillment is closed).
Delivery time
After your order ships, transit typically takes 1–3 days to U.S. destinations. Actual arrival can vary with carrier volume, weather, or remote locations.
Shipping cost
All products ship free. You will not be charged a shipping fee at checkout for standard delivery on in-stock items we can fulfill.
Order tracking
When your package ships, we email tracking details when the carrier provides them. Registered customers can also check status in order history.
Delays & issues
If tracking has not moved for several days after the expected window, contact us via the Contact page with your order number.
Undeliverable packages
If a package is returned because of an incomplete address, refused delivery, or failure to pick up, contact us so we can help reship or refund eligible orders under our Returns policy.
